Something wrong, something missing, or just need a hand? Here's how to reach us and get it sorted.
Report a problem with content
The fastest way to fix a problem with a specific book, review, list, tag, or profile is the flag controlright on that item. Flagging sends it straight to Novella’s moderation queue, where an experienced community member can act on it — no email needed.
Use it to report, for example:
- an offensive or spammy review, list, or profile;
- a review with unmarked spoilers;
- a duplicate or clearly wrong catalogue record;
- an inappropriate tag on a book.
If a book’s detailsare simply wrong or missing — a bad page count, a missing edition — you don’t need to report it at all: you can fix it yourself by editing the record. See the Community Guidelines for how that works.

We’re a small, independent project, so a reply may take a little time, but every message is read. To help us help you, include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and a link to the page, if there is one.

You can export or delete your data yourself at any time from Settings; the Privacy Policy explains exactly what that does.
