*'Til Death* is a continuation of Ed McBain's "87th Precinct" series of police procedural novels. This entry focuses on Det. Steve Carella as he prepares for his sister's wedding. When he becomes aware that his soon-to-be brother-in-law's life is in grave danger, he enlists the help of fellow detectives Cotton Hawes and Bert Kling. Together, they must navigate a packed wedding reception that may include amongst its guests a few unsavory characters...and a murderer.
