Rachel and Kirsty must help twin fairies Lila and Myla after Jack Frost steals their twin magic in order to duplicate himself. Kirsty and Rachel are invited to a very special birthday party for twins. One pair of twins is a little different than the rest. Lila and Mila are fairies, and they need help.
